Franschhoek

A lost suitcase in Lamu led us to discover a few beautiful shirts, and The Lamu Collection was born. When we expanded in Franschhoek, I had another slightly crazy idea: a restaurant and cocktail bar right in the middle of the store. Everyone told me it would never work. It did.

My wife and I still develop the menus and recipes, inspired by the simple, delicious food and memorable cocktails we discover on our travels. Every dish is a keepsake, carrying the memory of somewhere we have been and fallen in love with.
