Hand-beaded by skilled artisans in our Lamu Studio in Nairobi, this collar combines intricate beadwork with durable leather for everyday wear. Subtle variations in the handwork make each piece unique.
The leather is water-resistant and suitable for swimming, softening and developing character over time. After swimming, rinse with fresh water and allow to dry naturally.

Measure around your dog’s neck where the collar naturally sits. Allow enough room to slide two fingers comfortably between the measuring tape and your dog’s neck.

Made from durable leather with hand-applied beadwork, a brass buckle and brass fittings. Each collar is made by hand in our Lamu Studio in Nairobi, so subtle variations in the beadwork are part of its individual character.
shipping within South Africa
Free shipping on orders over R1,500.
For orders of R1,500 or less, shipping is R155 for parcels up to 2 kg, or R250 for parcels over 2 kg and up to 3 kg. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.
Orders are usually dispatched within two working days. Delivery normally takes a further three working days after dispatch. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
international shipping
International orders are usually dispatched within four working days. Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout.
Express delivery to Europe, the UK and the US is estimated at a further four to seven working days after dispatch. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping service, and customs clearance may cause delays.
Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes and any customs clearance charges applied in the destination country.

For a change of mind or size, please contact hello@lamucollection.com within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags attached and in a condition suitable for resale.
Customers cover return shipping and delivery of exchanges for change-of-mind or size returns. Personalized or custom-made items and pierced earrings are excluded from this exchange and store credit policy.

Water-resistant and suitable for swimming.
After swimming, particularly in salt or chlorinated water, rinse with fresh water and allow the collar to air-dry naturally.
Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Do not machine wash, bleach or dry near direct heat. The leather will soften naturally with wear.
